Educational Meetings

MVS hosts four local meetings annually around Michigan:

Winter Meeting
Held on February 1, 2024 at the Sheraton Novi, this event emphasizes and encourages early-career vascular surgeons, trainees, and students to present their work. It’s an excellent platform for sharing ideas and research.
Spring Meeting
Taking place on May 1, 2024 at Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center. In conjunction with BMC2 Vascular Surgery Physician Meeting, this meeting combines quality metrics and presentations from national speakers.
Social Meeting
This is a fun and exciting event to bring your loved ones for an evening with fun and adventure.
Fall Meeting
This is a combined BMC2/VS/SVS/VQI Physician Meeting at the H Hotel In Midland on November 8, 2024.

Travel Support for Students

MVS Travel Award: A call for applications will be sent via email in mid-summer, allowing the opportunity to receive an award which provides $1000 to boost your travel expenses for attendance at the Midwestern Vascular Surgical Society Annual meeting.
